I inserted a single image on the left and a few instructions on how to view the templates below. This content will stay intact on every theme. It is this content area that you can change and update.
If there is a header image you can change it inside your admin area with one of your own. The body background color and themes with background images are also changeable.
To test run the themes just use the drop down menu at the very top right of this page and choose the template you wish to view and click the blue “Preview” button.
